Attorney Kevin Luby of Tigard, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon presented Kevin W. Luby with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper communication with represented party
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Despite being warned by represented party’s lawyer against communicating with his client, Kevin went ahead and did it again

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Kevin practices with the Luby Daraee Law Group PC at 7455 SW Bridgeport Road in Tigard, Oregon.
