Attorney Robert Olsen of Beaverton, OR; idiotic loser

The state of Oregon presented Robert D. Olsen with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Charged or collected a fee denominated as earned upon receipt without written fee agreement and appropriate disclosures
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Failed to take appropriate steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
