Attorney Ian Winograd of Parsippany, NJ; scofflaw

The State of New Jersey presented Ian Zev Winograd with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2019) Ian practices with Pressler Felt and Warshaw LLP at 7 Entin Road in Parsippany, New Jersey.
