Attorney David Silva of Las Vegas, NM; idiotic slacker

The State of New Mexico presented David R. Silva with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence [slacker]
• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to comply with opposing party discovery requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019) Davey practices at 2313 Hot Springs Blvd in Las Vegas, New Mexico.
