Judge Timothy Fennessy of Spokane, WA; moronic slacker

The state of Washington presented Timothy B. Hennessey with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington Judicial Commission on Judicial Conduct found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect and comply with the law
• Failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently [moron]
• Failed to act with due diligence [slacker]
• Failed to issue ruling on parental rights matter for 132 days even though he knew Washington State Constitution required him to issue a decision with 90-days of final submission to the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Timmy continues to sit as a Spokane County Superior Court judge in Spokane, Washington.
