Attorney Kevin Lynch of West Hartford, CT; moron, serial deadbeat

The state of Connecticut provided Kevin William Lynch with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Made a statement he knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge
• On twelve (12) separate occasions beginning in 2003 and ending in 2018, Kevin failed to pay the annual Client Security Fund Fee of $75.00

One must wonder what kind of legal practice Kevin was engaged in that he could not cough up a measly $75.00 each year so that he could continue to practice law.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019) Kevin practices at 12 Tecumseh Road in West Hartford, Connecticut.
