Attorney Dennis Stolfo of Park Ridge, IL; liar, serial offender

The state of Illinois presented Dennis James Stolfo with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sanctioned over $205,000 by various state and federal courts
• For over a decade, Denny repeated asserted arguments that had been rejected by the courts in litigation arising from a defamation claim he had filed for a client in 2004
• Repeatedly and falsely claimed he had not signed an agreement and that union representatives had forged his signature

As one would suspect this isn’t Denny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on two separate occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license, effective April 2019.

As we speak (May 2019), Denny will resume his practice with the Stolfo Law Offices at 535 Wisner Street in Park Ridge in Chicago, Illinois in October 2019.
