Attorney Ralph Kimble II of Coldwater, MI; ethical troll

The state of Michigan presented Ralph Wendell Kimble II with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Kalamazoo County Hearing Panel #4 found Ralphie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as the Branch County Prosecutor in Coldwater.

  • Engaged in fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Sexually harassed and/or by failed to treat several employees of the Branch County Prosecutor's Office, Circuit Court and the Friend of the Court with courtesy and respect.
  • Failed to treat with courtesy and respect all persons involved in the legal process
  • Pled no contest [guilty in effect]
  • Failed to take particular care to avoid treating such persons discourteously because of a person's race, gender, or other protected personal characteristic

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license and assessed $1,656.12 in costs. Additionally, Ralphie was required to resign his position as Branch County Prosecutor.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Ralphie practices at 31 Division Street in Coldwater, Michigan.
