Attorney Timothy Warzecha of Seattle, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Montana presented Timothy J. Warzecha with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly included the name of a person not licensed to practice in Montana as his co-counsel on pleadings in the U.S. District Court of Montana
• Failed to promptly notify U.S. Court when he learned that his named co-counsel was not in fact not licensed to practice in Montana

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary censure and assessed him $1,876.59 in costs.
