Former Judge Kevin A. Ross of Los Angeles; certified moron

The California Supreme Court presented Kevin A. Ross with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law located in Los Angeles.

During his useless tenure as a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles, the Judicial Commission charged Kevin with the following misconduct.

After making contact with a producer, Kevin entered into a contract to star in a program titled the “Mobile Court.” His escapades thereafter are as follows.

“Miss Wet on the Net” Contest

Kevin became infamous for adjudicating legal issues arising from a Miss Wet on the Net contest in a strip club.

Kevin was called upon to decide whether a contestant, was unfairly disqualified from a “Miss Wet on the Net” contest. Kevin ruled in her favor and awarded her $1,000.

In addition to the “wet T-Shirt” competition, the contestants were required to engage in a “wet spelling bee” in which they were required to spell “titillate” but they had trouble getting past the first three letters.

Apparently, the sore loser did not know that she would be automatically disqualified if the size of her bust was larger than her IQ.

It is rumored that on his first try in the “wet spelling bee,” contest that, Kevin got past the fourth letter.

To maintain order during the competition, Kevin warned, “this may be a gentleman’s club but you’re in my court now.” (The same decorum one can expect in most Superior Courts in California.)

Kevin stood to make a substantial amount of money - $7,500 per episode for the first year, $10,000 for the second year, and up to $50,000 per year in bonuses, or a maximum of $550,000 for two-26 episode seasons – had the efforts to syndicate the program succeeded.

Kevin admitted that he violated the Code of Conduct by participating in private dispute resolution, although he said he didn’t realize it at the time. Give me a break dummy! Ignorance of the law is your sole defense?

Punishment

Kevin was removed from the bench for his misconduct and for lying to the investigate panel. He continued to get his $149,160 salary while he appealed.

It is rumored that Kevin is currently employed as a bartender at the Cat Club located on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California.
