Attorney Diann Burton of Milwaukee; ethical goblin

The state of Wisconsin presented Diann Patricia Burton with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from Marquette University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Diann guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to provide proper written notice of her suspension of her law license to her clients and to courts wherein she had pending matters

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Greg practices with Pommerening, Vandewalle & Burton LLC at 933 North Mayfair Road in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
