Attorney Alejandro Alers Jr. of Inglewood, CA; ethical gremlin

The state of California provided Alejandro Alers Jr. with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Alejandro guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct significantly harmed client
  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Continuing violation of court order demonstrated indifference
  • Superior court ruled lawsuit filed by to be legally unsound
  • Failed to pay court-imposed sanction of $6,789
  • Failed to report $6,789 court sanction to State Bar as required to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Alejandro by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license effective April 5, 2019.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Alejandro will resume his practice at 611 North Park Avenue in Inglewood, California in May 2019.
