Attorney Michelle Wirtner of Wilmington, DE; ethical goblin

The state of Delaware presented Michelle T. Wirtner with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear before Supreme Court for court-ordered show causing hearing (Up yours, said Michelle!)
• Failed to file 2018 annual registration with the Delaware Supreme Court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting him with a complimentary short-term suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Michelle practices in Wilmington, Delaware.
