Attorney Scott Becker of Eagan, MN; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented Scott Alan Becker with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Scottie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into unfair and unreasonable business transaction with his uncle
• Knowingly made false representations to unrepresented heirs
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Prepared document wherein his uncle wherein Scottie received a significant financial windfall
• Charged an estate an unreasonable fee [crook]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Scottie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $900.00. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Scottie practices at 2600 Eagan Woods Drive in Eagan, Minnesota.
