Attorney Donald Rosenkrantz of New York City; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Donald Rosenkrantz with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misled clients as to status of their cases
• Failed to enter into written retainer agreements

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
