Attorney Roger Levy of Brooklyn, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Roger A. Levy with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
  • Failed to properly maintain IOLA account (Interest on Lawyer Account) in his own name
  • Misappropriated [stole] client funds
  • Wrote checks out to cash from IOLA account
  • Failed to maintain proper bookkeeping records

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Roger practices with Levy & Nau PC at 854 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York.
