Attorney Thomas Rybicki of Staten Island, NY; convicted fraudster

The state of New York presented Thomas Rybicki with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of mail fraud
• Convicted of wire fraud
• Convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud
• Sentenced to 1-year in prison and fined $20,000

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Tommy practices at 1688 Victory Blvd in Staten Island, New York.
