Judge Aznar Lindayag of Philippines; moronic slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Aznar M.D. Lindayag with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Aznar guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Repeatedly fell behind the 30-day mandatory requirement to issue rulings on ejectment complaints
  • Failure to decide even a single case within the required period constitutes gross inefficiency
  • Failed to maintain professional competence in court management [moron]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Aznar by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Aznar continues to sit as a judge in Paombong, Bulacan, Philippines.
