Attorney William Dunn of Dover, NH; cheating loser

The state of New Hampshire presented William Dunn with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Maine School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Conduct caused injury to beneficiaries
  • Beneficiaries forced to pay money to object to Billy’s fee demands
  • Engaged in negligent conduct
  • Charged or collected an unreasonable fee [cheater]
  • Failed to adequately review bills prior to submission to probate court
  • Charged fees for associate’s time for non-professional tasks

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Billy by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Billy practices at 903 Central Avenue in Dover, New Hampshire.
