Attorney Nina Bernard of Exeter, NH; ethical goblin, repeater

The state of New Hampshire presented Nina H. Bernard with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from University of New Hampshire School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Nina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to act with candor in dealing with tribunal
  • Failed to return client file upon termination
  • Failed to disclose to the Court that the marital property which was the subject of her ex-parte attachment had previously been awarded by
  • another court to Mr. Davis and that the parties had stipulated that there was no equity in the property as to Nina’s client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Nina’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Nina by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Nina practices with the Law Office of Nina Bernard at 25 Hampton Road in Exeter, New Hampshire.
