Attorney Alan Ganz of Seabrook, NH; ethical troll

The state of New Hampshire presented Alan H. Ganz with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Utilized means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
  • Asked client’s daughter Jennifer inappropriate questions of a sexual nature and made inappropriate comments about her physical attributes

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Alan by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Alan practices with The Ganz Law Office at 779 Lafayette Road in Seabrook, New Hampshire.
