Attorney Donald Ray Peyton of New Port Richey, FL; ethical leprechaun

The Florida Supreme Court presented Donald Ray Payton with a law license in 1985.

In the recent past, the Florida State Bar filed misconduct charges against Donnie regarding his so-called representation of an elderly client.

The elderly woman advised Donnie that she was fearful that her son was stealing from her. In preparing documents on behalf of the elderly client, Donnie had the audacity to designate himself and his loser wife power of attorney and designed themselves as health care surrogates and beneficiaries of the woman’s estate.

In another instance, Donnie accepted a $2,050 retainer from a client to probate her mother’s estate. The client called Donnie on numerous occasions, but Donnie never returned the calls. Instead, he delegated all communications to his –non-attorney assistant. After the aggrieved client contacted the probate court, the client discovered that a petition for administration of her mother’s estate was never filed by Donnie the Loser.

I personally believe that anyone who would defraud or attempt to defraud elderly folks should be horse whipped in the public square. Mafia boss Gregory “The Grim Reaper” Scarpa would never have allowed his minions to rip-off senior citizens. This only proves that Cosa Nostra members are endowed with superior ethics in comparison to Donnie and those of his ilk.

As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits at the State Bar punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 90 day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (Jan 2012) Donnie practices his so-called brand of law at 7317 Little Road in New Port Richey, which is about 30 miles from Tampa.

Take my advice if you’re looking for an attorney to probate a family members estate, and you live in the greater Tampa area, avoid doing business with Donald Ray Peyton.
