Attorney Michael Traylor of Los Angeles; check bouncing imbecile

The state of California provided Michael Steven Traylor with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly withdraw earned fees in trust account and used said funds to pay personal expenses related to his own divorce case
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Wrote checks in initiated electronic debits that involved insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Recklessly or repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence (imbecile)
• Missed court appearances on behalf of client
• Failed to advise client of change of his office address

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Mikey practices with the Law Office of Michael S. Traylor at 8601 Lincoln Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
