Attorney Douglas R. Peacock, Jr. of St. Petersburg; loser, ethical elf

 
The Florida Supreme Court presented Maurice Mooney with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Florida State University College of Law.
 
In the recent past the Florida State Bar filed charges against Douglas R. Peacock, Jr. and subsequently found him guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglecting a client’s legal matter
  2. Failing to respond to proper discovery requests
  3. Failure to properly respond to court orders
  4. Failed to inform client of an adverse court ruling
  5. Refused to respond in a timely manner to the Bar’s disciplinary inquiry
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar punished Doug by gifting him with a reprimand.
 
Unless you’re looking for a lousy attorney and you live in the St. Petersburg area, I’d advise you to not even come into contact with Doug the Loser.
 
As we speak (Jan 2012) Douglas practices law at 5716 5th Avenue in St. Petersburg.
