Attorney Christopher Corso of Scottsdale, AZ; moronic cheater

The state of Arizona presented Christopher P. Corso with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Charged and/or collected a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interest after being discharged
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Committed numerous trust account violations
• Failed to timely return unearned $2,500 fee at conclusion of representation
• Admonished and fined by trial court at contempt hearing for deactivating two firm e-mail addresses he previously provided to the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Chris practices with the Corso Law Group PLLC at 17470 North Pacesetter Way in Scottsdale, Arizona.
