Attorney Phoebe Harris of Green Valley, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Phoebe L. Harris with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Phoebe guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Took a position in favor of a current client against that of a former client without first obtaining written consent to so act
• Probate court ordered Phoebe removed from pending case due to conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Phoebe by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of the disciplinary proceeding in the amount of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Phoebe practices with the Law Offices of Walter L. Henderson PC at 210 West Continental Road in Green Valley, Arizona.
