Attorney Walter Henderson of Tucson, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Walter Henderson with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Walt guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Took a position in favor of a current client against that of a former client without first obtaining written consent to so act
• Probate court ordered Phoebe removed from pending case due to conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of the disciplinary proceeding in the amount of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Walt practices at 7400 North Oracle Road in Tucson, Arizona.
