Attorney Paul David Lazarus of Ft. Lauderdale; moron, ethical gnome  
The Florida Supreme Court presented Paul David Lazarus with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School in New York City.
In the recent past the Florida State Bar filed charges against Paulie and subsequently found him guilty of the following misconduct.
In two separate criminal appellate cases that Paulie was handling before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals he failed to provide adequate representation to his clients (moron).
Paulie’s moronic conduct was so bad that it caused the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to suspend him from practicing before said courts. Put simply, these courts had their fill of Paulie the Moron.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar punished Paulie by gifting him with a 60 days suspension of his law license.
Unless you’re looking for a really crummy criminal appellate attorney and you live in the St. Petersburg area, I’d advise you to not ever come into contact with Paulie the Moron.
