Attorney Karen Hobbs of Parker, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Karen L. Hobbs with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law. 

The Arizona State Bar found Karen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Utilized plea bargaining practice in drug cases involving confidential informants that was no longer permitted in accordance with the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of the disciplinary proceeding in the amount of $1,200.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Karen practices with the La Paz County Attorney in 1320 Kofa Avenue in Parker, Arizona.
