Attorney Edwin Gaines Jr. of Sonoita, AZ; drunken felon

The state of Arizona presented Edwin M. Gaines Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Pled guilty to Aggravated Driving or Actual Physical Control while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, a Class 6 Undesignated Felony
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of the disciplinary proceeding in the amount of $1,200.00. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Eddie practices with the Gaines Law Group in Sonoita, Arizona.
