Attorney Byron G. Petersen of Ft. Lauderdale; stalker, misogynist

The Florida Supreme Court presented Byron Gregory Petersen with a law license in 1976.

In the recent past the Florida State Bar filed charges against Byron and subsequently found him guilty of the following misconduct.

In 2009, Byron pleaded guilty to three criminal misdemeanors. The crimes included criminal mischief and stalking. Because Attorney Misfits in Florida are held to a lower standard of conduct than everyone else, Byron never served any jail time for his criminal convictions. Instead, he was merely placed on probation and ordered to enroll in the well-respected Ike Turner Domestic Abuse Institute located in Miami Beach.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar punished Paulie by gifting him with a 60 days suspension of his law license.
live in the Fort Lauderdale area and you’re looking for a highly respected misogynist, then Byron’s definitely your man.

As we speak (Jan 2012) Bryon practices law at Byron & Petersen at 600 West Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
