Attorney Debbie Horton of Solon, OH; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Debbie Kay Horton with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

FYI: Cleveland State University Law School is ranked as the 125^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel found Debbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Debbie!)
• Endorsed clients’ personal-injury claims without client authorization
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Converted client settlement funds to her own personal use [crook]
• Endorsed client settlement check w/o client authority

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Debbie practices in Solon, Ohio.
