Attorney Alex Pavliv of Howell, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Alex Pavliv with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly calculated contingent fee [cheater]
• Failed to provide the client with an accurate settlement statement on conclusion of a contingent fee matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Alex practices with Pavliv & Rihacek LLC in Howell, New Jersey.
