Attorney Dave Erlichman of Phoenix; lying druggie

The state of Arizona presented Dave L. Erlichman with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law. It should be noted that Ohio Northern is rated the 171st best law school in the country out of 206 ABA approved schools.

The Arizona State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Submitted false evidence
  • Engaged in various deceptive practices during disciplinary process (Screw you, said Davey!)
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of his misconduct
  • Engaged in illegal conduct, including use of a controlled substance
  • Engaged in bad faith obstruction of disciplinary proceeding (Up yours, said Davey!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Engaged in conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 8-year suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $1,200.00 for the costs of the ethics proceedings.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Davie practices is employed by the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office at 620 West Jackson Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
