Attorney Thomas Moore II of Rocky Mount, NC; slacker, loser

The state of North Carolina provided Thomas Jr. Moore II with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the Campbell Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Filed to file three civil lawsuits before claims barred by statutes of limitation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Tommy practices at 3202 Sunset Avenue in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
