Attorney Dujuan Brown of Raleigh, NC; convicted felon, repeat offender

The state of North Carolina provided Dujuan E. Brown with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dujuan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Guilty committing the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, third offense
• Convicted of the offense of Hit and Run
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Intent of Dujuan to commit acts where the harm or potential harm was foreseeable
• Exhibited a lack of honesty, trustworthiness, or integrity
• Engaged in criminal acts adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As one would suspect, this isn’t Dujuan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dujuan by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Dujuan practices at 6717 Morgantown Street in Raleigh, North Carolina.
