Attorney Jeremiah Murray of Oak Lawn, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Jeremiah Patrick Murray with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent School of Law

The Disciplinary Commission found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Converted $47,487.32 representing client funds
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to respond to client request for itemized account balance of client’s funds that Jeremiah received and paid to the client’s son
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Withdrew client funds for his own business or personal purposes with client authorization
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud deceit or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jeremiah by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.
