Attorney Gary Friedman of Chicago; scamming liar

The state of Illinois presented Gary Bruce Friedman with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law

The Disciplinary Commission found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose death of client during settlement negotiations
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud deceit or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Allowed statute of limitations to run on client’s personal injury claim
• Gross negligence led to heirs or representatives from recovering on client’s behalf
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a third person
• Misrepresented dead clients involvement in settlement negotiations well after the client died
• Bore false witness to Client’s claim release signed by the client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Gary by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.
