Attorney Woodson D. Walker of Little Rock; repeat offender, liar

In the past, the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct found attorney Woodson D. Walker guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep client informed of the status of her case
  2. Repeatedly failed to respond to client inquires
  3. Did not advise client of circumstances/situations not involving her that might have caused by Woody to represent her claim, thereby denying her the opportunity to consider employing another attorney
  4. Engaged in the unlawful practice of law while his license was suspended
  5. Lied to client regarding settlement of her case
  6. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud and deceit
  7. Guilty of engaging in “serious misconduct’
  8. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arkansas Supreme Court Conduct Committee punished Woody by gifting him with a 3 year suspension of his law license.

This wasn’t Woody’s first suspension by the Supreme Court. He was previously suspended for engaging in egregious misconduct.

This phantom punishment only further proves that Attorney Misfits in Arkansas are held to a much lower standard of conduct than everyone else.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Woody continues to practice law in Little Rock.
