Attorney Liana Hollingsworth of Cleveland, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio provided Liana Rose Hollingsworth with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Liana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Communicated the subject of client representation with a person she knew to be represented by counsel
• Misrepresented the basis for her calls to a client viper
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Never attempted to obtain permission from attorney to contact that attorney’s client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Liana by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Liana is an associate with Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease  LLP at 200 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
