Attorney Kenneth Bailey of Sandusky, OH; moronic slacker

The state of Ohio provided Kenneth Ronald Bailey with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Erie/Huron County Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to properly prepare for client’s trial
  • Failed to obtain needed investigator prior to client trial
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to withdraw representation of client when required to so act
  • Engaged in conduct that disrupted a tribunal
  • Engaged in undignified and discourteous conduct towards trial judge
  • Intentionally adopted a strategy to try and force a mistrial
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Kenny practices  with K. Ronald Bailey & Associates Co. L.P.A at 220 West Market Street in Sandusky, Ohio.
