Attorney Shelley G. Maurice of Delray Beach, FL; Dumbo

 
The Florida Supreme Court presented Shelley Goldman Maurice with a law license in 1984
 
The Florida State Bar found Shelley guilty misconduct for:
  • Offering professional advice re: a pending case while her license was suspended
  • Provided at least one client with incompetent representation (Dumbo)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar punished Shelley by gifting her with a 90 days suspension of her law license.
 
The State Bar is obviously run by a bunch of comedians! Here we have a Misfit practicing law while suspended and her punishment is another suspension. She rightfully should have been disbarred (felony in California)
 
Disbarring Shelly would have at least limited the attorney victim pool in Delray Beach, right?
 
As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Shelley practices law at 125 North Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach.
