Justice William Fisher of Worcester, NY; ethical troll

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

  • Improperly entered a property w/o the owner’s permission [trespassing]
  • Failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to conduct all extra-judicial activities so that they would not detract from the dignity of his judicial office [What dignity?]
  • Took photos of the property which he posted on Facebook along with disparaging comments about the owner
  • Failed to promptly remove the offensive Facebook post despite assuring the Judicial Commission that he would do so
  • Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in judiciary

Because judicial misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Billy was never criminally prosecuted for trespass.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Billy continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace of the Worcester Town Court, Otsego County in Worcester, New York.
