Attorney Bradley Rosen of Rochester, NY; lying loser

The state of New York presented Bradley Craig Rosen with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in deliberate pattern of misconduct
• Appeared in two separate matters before federal district dour without having been admitted to practice law before that court
• Filed false affirmations concerning status of his admission to federal court [perjury]

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Because Attorney Misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Brad was never criminally charged with perjury or for perpetrating a fraud upon the court.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Brad practices at 189 Brookview Drive in Rochester, New York.
