Attorney Melton Little of Palmetto, FL; ethical gremlin

The State of Florida presented Melton Harry Little with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Melton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Provided free Tampa Bay Rays tickets to Circuit Judge John Lakin who was presiding over one of his cases
• Engaged in conduct creating appearance of impropriety
• Called Judge Lakin’s impartiality into question at time he offered him Rays tickets

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Melton by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Melton practices with Kallins Little Delgado at 433 8^th Avenue in Palmetto, Florida.
