-
Wrongfully retrieved divorce documents, including automatic court orders

-
Did nothing for almost ten years to protect client’s interests and only took action when he was prodded by the client to so act relating to her right to court-awarded pension benefits
-
Engaged in a persistent pattern of deceiving judges before whom he appeared
-
Committed multiple acts of misconduct
-
Actually sabotaged the administration of justice
-
Chose a course of action to win at all costs
