Attorney Patricia Watson of East Providence, RI; moronic loser

The State of Rhode Island  presented Patricia M. Watson with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators
  • Failed to comply with court order
  • Failed to communicate with her client
  • Failed to advise client of status of case
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to propound any discovery requests to plaintiff’s counsel
  • Unilaterally entered into a stipulation with plaintiff’s counsel agreeing that judgment would enter against her clients in the amount of $3,110.94 without first obtaining the prior consent of her clients
  • Failed to advise clients of her agreement for the client to pay plaintiff $3,110.94 for several months
  • Failed to communicate to clients basis or rate of her fee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Patty practices with The Law Office of Patricia M. Watson at 1240 Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island.
