Alan Dershowitz: Today’s “Idiotic Michael Flynn Ass-Kisser” Award Winner
This isn’t the first Award presented to Alan. In the past, he has been the recipient of four (4)Awards. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.
Just prior to Flynn’s sentencing for lying to the FBI, Alan lathered up his lips with an Industrial Tube of Chapstick for the purpose of acting as a de facto defense attorney for Flynn. Towards that end, Alan recently appeared (ca. December 2018) on the Fox News Comedy Network and said in part:
In an effort to cement his status as a Total Moron, Alan continued on with his Ass-kissing routine by saying:
“Lying to the FBI is not a crime.”
First and foremost, Flynn lied about his contacts with the Russian ambassador about sanctions imposed on Russia by the Obama administration for interfering in the 2016 presidential election. The Mueller probe was assigned to investigate said Russian interference. To state that Flynn’s lie about this matter was not material to Mueller’s investigation is akin to saying that the “water” is immaterial to making a pot of coffee.
Furthermore, to suggest that lying to the FBI isn’t a crime if the FBI new the answer to the question before they asked it takes frivolity to new and as yet unseen levels. There’s an old instruction for lawyers that advised them to no ask a question they don’t know the answer to. Again, we have Alan the Ass making claims about the law that are pure fantasy.
