Attorney Arlie Fundaun of Remer, MN; slacker, loser

The State of Minnesota presented Arlie Martin Fundaun with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Arlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to properly handle client funds
• Failed to diligently pursue client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Arlie by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Arlie practices in Remer, Minnesota.
