Attorney Naeem Rauf of Edmonton, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Albert presented with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the George Washington University School of Law.

The Law Society found Naeem guilty of the following misconduct

  • Breached code of conduct by writing a letter questioning the ethics of newly appointed Court of Queen's Bench Justice Avril Inglis
  • Left copies of the Justice Inglis letter in the courthouse cafeteria, distributed them to lawyers and sent a copy to the Edmonton Journal that went unpublished

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Naeem by gifting in with a complimentary reprimand and fining him for legal costs of $15,000.00.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Naeem practices in Edmonton, Canada.
